About The Position

BOND is hiring an End User Support & Systems Administrator to support and administer the company’s portfolio of desktop applications and end-user enablement platforms. The role includes managing employee Mac and PC devices, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Zoom services, Claude, and Atlassian applications. The administrator will bring new SaaS tools online with SSO and SCIM provisioning, maintain endpoint security baselines, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, conduct access reviews and license reconciliation, resolve employee support issues across macOS, Windows, and mobile, and document solutions to prevent recurring tickets. Some early-morning and after-hours work is required.

  • Clear written documentation skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
  • Availability for some early-morning and after-hours work.

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SCIM provisioning, SOC 2 access review support, aviation, or 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee Macs and PCs in Jamf Pro and Intune, including enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, encryption, and OS update compliance.

  • Run onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and license reconciliation.
  • Resolve hands-on employee support issues across macOS, Windows, and mobile.
