The End User Computing Engineer will support, manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Goodwill’s end-user computing environment consisting of desktop, mobile devices, printers, POS devices and peripherals across the enterprise. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Implements strategies to achieve the goals for the organization and IT infrastructure environment. Implements, revises, and sustains policies, procedures and programs. Typically works on projects and initiatives that span 3 – 12 months. The End User Computing Engineer will support, manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Goodwill’s end-user computing environment consisting of desktop, mobile devices, printers, POS devices and peripherals across the enterprise. The desktop engineer also accepts ownership for various projects and implements initiative and assists in the design and planning of POS projects, while providing tier two/three support for other engineers and support team members.
