About The Position
Bell Flavors & Fragrances is seeking a service-oriented End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to join their IT team and support end users across a multi-site manufacturing environment. In this role, the analyst will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshoot endpoint and application issues, manage device lifecycle activities, and support Microsoft 365 and Intune-managed environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, customer support, and working across both office and operational settings.
Requirements
- HS Diploma required
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or EUC roles.
- Strong experience with Windows support, Microsoft 365, and Intune or similar MDM tools.
- Experience supporting users across multiple locations; manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred
- Citrix VDI experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and user-facing technologies.
- Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise productivity tools.
- Manage tickets, user access requests, patching, and documentation.
- Participate in incident response activities and an on-call rotation.
