About The Position
We are seeking an experienced End Point Engineer III to provide support and manage endpoint technologies. This role involves ensuring system performance, compliance, and security for mobile devices and workstations. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to resolve incidents, enforce policies, and maintain accurate documentation. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience supporting and using technology – Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
- Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
- Excellent documentation, writing skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations
- Experience with ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
- Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
- Document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
