Responsibilities

  • Control the flow of water from wells and analyze parameters such as chlorine, nitrate, hardness, and pH.
  • Maintain cistern and elevated tank levels, evaluating alkalinity, hardness, and chlorine.
  • Process treated water for bottling through quality analysis (pH, odor, taste, turbidity, aluminum, nitrates, STD).
  • Perform preparation of lime slurry and flocculants for coagulation processes.
  • Execute tank purges and multimedia filter backwashes.
  • Check filter pressure and perform cartridge changes.
  • Report mechanical failures in the treatment system.
  • Operate softening filters, eliminating hardness for use in equipment.
  • Perform softener regeneration when necessary.
  • Recover rinse water from softeners.
  • Process recovered water for initial rinses.
  • Neutralize caustic soda and verify quality parameters (pH, chlorine, alkalinity).
  • Operate boilers for steam generation.
  • Control temperature and sterilization of equipment.
  • Verify safety systems and prevent accidents.
  • Monitor pollutant emissions and maintain equipment.
  • Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
