Responsibilities
- Execute daily information loading to the mobile devices of promoters and salespeople, ensuring that this process is carried out correctly.
- Execute advance billing processes and print delivery notes and delivery receipts required by salespeople to carry out their work in the market.
- Execute, during the day, processes related to information loading and printing for the second trips of the routes.
- Execute in the afternoon the settlement of pre-sale routes to register promoters' orders in SAP.
- Execute the generation of deliveries and their sending to the Finished Product Warehouse so that route planning and loading can be carried out.
- Inventory hand-held equipment and printers that are delivered to sales figures, ensuring their correct use by them.
- Receive reports of illicit activities (thefts, losses, dismantling, etc.) of hand-held equipment and printers from sales figures and follow up according to the established procedure to report these occurrences. Initiate procedures for the recovery or payment of this equipment.
