About The Position

We are seeking an Enabling Works Project Manager for Maintenance services in the Engineering area. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Civil Engineering, or related field with at least five (5) years of experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Spanish) and have experience in Capital Projects, specifically as a project manager on enabling/civils/site-prep scopes exceeding $100M. Experience in a permitting environment and a strong management track record are essential. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Civil Engineering, or related field.
At least five (5) years of experience.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Experience in Capital Projects.
Experience as a project manager on enabling / civils / site-prep scopes >$100M.
Management track record.
Experience in a permitting environment.

Responsibilities

Own the enabling works scope baseline, budget, schedule, and risk register.
Lead the assigned contractor base through mobilization, execution, and demobilization.
Drive HSE leadership on early site works — high-risk activities including excavation, heavy lifts, temporary services.
Coordinate interfaces with existing site operations, utilities tie-ins, and PC21 and PC27 build readiness.
Manage permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory approvals specific to enabling scopes.
Lead change control, claims management, and contractor performance reviews.
Deliver a clean handover (physical site, documentation, lessons learned) to the PC21 and PC27 Project Manager and Lead Construction Manager.
