Northwest Ambulance is seeking an EMT Educator to help shape the next generation of EMS professionals. In this role, you will deliver hands-on classroom and field training, welcome and prepare new hires for success, and ensure our training programs remain current, effective, and aligned with industry best practices. As a leading provider of Critical Care, ALS, and BLS transportation services throughout Washington, Northwest Ambulance knows that our people are the foundation of exceptional patient care. That's why we're committed to investing in the development of our crews and the educators who train them. If you're passionate about teaching, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a lasting impact on both employees and patients, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an experienced EMT who loves teaching to become our EMT Educator. This role owns the full EMT education pathway at Northwest Ambulance, from a new hire's first day of orientation through independent field practice and ongoing competency. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you'll work alongside our RN Educator as the EMT-level counterpart, partnering with operations leadership, Field Training Officers, Medical Direction, and QA/QM to make sure every EMT is trained to the same high, consistent standard. This role suits someone who's sharp in the field, patient in the classroom, and enjoys building systems that make good training repeatable.
