Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of two years’ experience in the electronics industry is required.
Able to perform data entry transactions.
The ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of documentation.
Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Proven ability to produce and inspect electronic components and subassemblies in compliance with quality and workmanship standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct defects to ensure final product quality.
Must achieve a passing score on the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.
Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Workmanship standard exam.

Nice To Haves

Supervision experience preferred.
Desired experience and knowledge of SMT, AOI, Wave, Assembly & Test operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize production activity/workflow.
Acting supervisor when required.

This is a working team lead position, meaning production work must be a part of daily responsibilities.
