EMS Partner Services Manager (GA)

RightSite HealthAtlanta, GA
Hybrid

About The Position

RightSite partners with EMS agencies to optimize the use of their resources, specifically crews and units, by leveraging telehealth, ER physicians, and patient navigators. This approach supports real-time clinical decision-making for non-emergent patients, enabling safe redirection to appropriate care levels. The goal is to reduce unnecessary transports, preserve readiness for emergencies, and ultimately improve patient experience, care quality, and EMS capacity. The EMS Partner Services Manager is the primary relationship owner for these EMS partnerships, focusing on their health and effectiveness rather than traditional account management. The role aims to help EMS agencies redirect the appropriate volume of patients without compromising safety, trust, or operations. This involves building durable relationships with EMS leadership, operations teams, dispatch, and field users, demonstrating a deep understanding of EMS workflows and constraints. The position is not quota-carrying; growth is achieved through ensuring partner success post-launch via strong adoption, ongoing optimization, and visible operational value. Collaboration with Sales, Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Leadership is key to ensuring partners can redirect patients appropriately, sustain adoption, and maintain crew availability for emergencies.
