Our Acute Care Technology division develops and delivers lifesaving medical devices and software solutions, including AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, and temperature management solutions, to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally. This Territory Manager position is responsible for achieving territory sales quotas, managing and developing the customer base, and controlling expenses to contribute to ZOLL's profitability. The role involves promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) market, including fire departments, ambulance services, and municipal agencies, within the assigned territory of South Dakota, Nebraska, and North Dakota.

Requirements

  • Equivalent work experience will be considered required
  • 3+ years of related sales experience required
  • Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products
  • Strategic and customer oriented selling skills
  • Professional and ethical behavior and character
  • Organizational/Territory Time Management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic technical and clinical knowledge to speak competently about ZOLL products
  • Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales hardware and disposable sales quotas assigned
  • Maintain short-range and long-term plans for developing sales in the assigned territory, including an annual business plan
  • Uncover new business opportunities, develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations
  • Grow business by gaining competitive share in assigned territory
  • Provide required in-service education to customers
  • Ensure the proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale
  • Maintain organized account records, including account profiles, in the company CRM Salesforce.com
  • Provide various reports as required by management, including weekly expense reports, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and regular up-to-date activity reporting
  • Maintain and track demo and evaluation inventory and document its use in Salesforce.com
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and presented in good working manner
  • Spend a minimum of 3 days per week working in the field
  • Other projects as assigned
