Requirements

• Candidates should have experience working with electronic health programs and/or similar software programs.
• Candidates should have experience maintaining, organizing, and updating patient charts/health records with high accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a Medical Oncology Office preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Candidates with experience in billing functions and/or authorizations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to end-users.
• Coordinates basic user technical training, develops instructional materials for EMR training.
• This position provides support in all areas of the EMR functionality, including administrative support to the Manager of EMR and System Integrations and department managers.
• Travel between off sites is required.
