About The Position
We have both immediate and upcoming requirements for EMR medics for work on industrial projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia throughout the upcoming Fall/Winter season. You will be accountable and responsible for assessment and treatment of on-site personnel and to advise and/or transport to a medical facility if required. Participation in safety meetings and daily reporting is expected.
Requirements
- Current Drug and Alcohol clearance
- Current (unrestricted) registration as an EMR with the respective provincial College of Paramedics
- Current tickets: Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, TDG, WHMIS, ESC- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Valid Class 4 or Class 5 drivers license
- A current Drivers Abstract
Nice To Haves
- Off highway vehicle certificate/training is an asset
- Previous experience working in the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors is considered a very strong asset, candidates with experience will be given priority.
