This role provides a bilingual capacity in Spanish for a variety of employment and training services. The position involves assessing clients' employment possibilities and training needs, determining the level of services required, interviewing and referring individuals to appropriate programs, processing and validating claims for benefits, reviewing and auditing claim records, conducting unemployment insurance program-related interviews, and resolving disputed claims. The work is performed under supervision, with work reviewed for conformance to standards and procedures. While typically no supervision is exercised, there may be instances of directing clerical support staff.
