About The Position

We are looking for a Full-time Employment Specialist in our Employment Service program in the Tri-Cities area. The right candidate is hopeful about every person’s ability to succeed in employment. They are open minded and believe that work can help people manage mental illness. This role focuses on finding permanent employment for people experiencing mental health barriers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or a closely related field.
• 1 year of experience in the field
