About The Position
Employment Specialist II's are out in the community, working with a caseload of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. They assist the people we support in reaching their goals and helping them find work and succeed in the workplace. Some responsibilities may include helping people write resumes, interview for jobs, assisting with on-the-job training, helping people through job transitions, or transporting individuals to job sites.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma
Responsibilities

- Assist with resume writing.
- Prepare individuals for job interviews.
- Provide on-the-job training assistance.
- Support individuals through job transitions.
