Help students with disabilities take their first steps into the workforce. In this role, you’ll connect students to real job experiences, coach them through workplace expectations, and build partnerships with local businesses. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day) Set up job shadows, internships (WBLEs), and informational interviews with local employers Coach students on workplace skills (communication, reliability, professionalism) Be on-site occasionally to support students and problem-solve in real time Build relationships with businesses and create new opportunities for students Track progress, write case notes, and coordinate with VRBS and school staff Travel locally within the Missoula area What Makes This Role Different Flexible schedule with meaningful, community-based work Mix of student coaching + employer outreach (not just paperwork) Direct impact—you’ll see students gain confidence and skills quickly
