About The Position

The Pre-Employment Specialist is responsible for managing the administrative coordination, tracking, and data integrity of the pre-boarding pipeline for Wingspan Care Group and its subsidiaries. This role ensures that all candidate documentation, background steps, and system updates move efficiently to achieve day-one readiness, providing clear communication and a supportive experience to incoming personnel. A wide degree of creativity, ability to connect with a wide array of people, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in HR coordination, applicant tracking database management, or talent pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing and tracking pre-employment pipeline activity and preparing data-driven status reports on candidate progress through the compliance stage.
  • Review and complete with internal stakeholders the detailed employment requisitions, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and onboarding timelines.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to incoming candidates about the Agency, its onboarding expectations, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative onboarding tracking techniques in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art data and candidate care practices.
  • Maintain all pre-employment tracking data and audit trails for validation.
  • Review and edit detailed job ads, ensuring an accurate understanding of job duties, qualifications and agency requirements
  • Support the management of the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
