Requirements

  • High School Diploma and (2) years of experience in Human Resources or general office management.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office to complete tasks.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree in HR or Business-related field may substitute for two (2) years of required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Activating new hires by inputting information into the HR Information System.
  • Assisting with the handling of employee file maintenance.
  • Releasing information in compliance with both federal/state regulations and HIPAA standards.
  • Executing assignments/tasks with considerable independence and maintaining compliance with established facility policies and procedures, contract requirements, organization bylaws, and federal and state regulations/laws.
