As an Employment Professional (Job Coach) at ALSO, you’ll support people who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities at work through on-the-job training, advocacy, and skill building. Your role is to help ensure successful and meaningful employment relationships between individuals and their employer through oversight, mentorship, and hand-on support. Full-time or part-time available, weekends and evenings may be included, some variability in schedules to match with people we support and their own adjusting work schedules. Having a reliable vehicle to be able to self-transport to multiple sites within a workday is essential to success in this position!
