About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Job Coach to join their team throughout the Pittsburgh area. This role involves working one-on-one, providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist individuals to explore, seek, choose, acquire, and maintain employment. Requirements

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• ACRE Certification preferred
• CESP preferred
