About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Job Coach to join their team throughout the Pittsburgh area. The Employment Specialist - Job Coach - works one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist individuals to explore, seek, choose, acquire, and maintain employment. As a member of the team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Requirements

One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

ACRE Certification preferred
CESP preferred

Empowering an individual to obtain meaningful employment
Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
