About The Position

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is a premier Southern California law firm with a rapidly growing and high-demand employment law practice. We are seeking a motivated and capable Employment Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of cases and develop their skills. We welcome candidates who are eager to grow, contribute, and build a long-term career in employment litigation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Trial or second-chair experience

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Handling law and motion practice
• Participating in mediations
• Assisting with trial preparation and strategy
