About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join a growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling wage and hour matters, discrimination claims, and employment-related litigation, including class and representative actions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and in good standing with the state bar
- Minimum of 2 years of employment law experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with wage and hour and class action litigation preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of employment law matters from inception through resolution
- Handle wage and hour disputes, class actions, and discrimination claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations
- Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop litigation strategy
