Turing invites employment and labor law experts to work on projects that fine-tune AI models. The role applies U.S. employment-law expertise to evaluate how AI handles workplace legal scenarios, including discrimination, wage-and-hour compliance, ERISA, and labor relations. Prior AI experience is not required. The expert reviews AI-generated responses to employment-law hypotheticals, applies a structured legal rubric, identifies gaps in AI reasoning, and provides detailed annotations and written feedback to refine models. The role also collaborates with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity requiring 10–30 hours per week, initially for approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs.
