About The Position
Baker McKenzie seeks a junior- to mid-level associate attorney for its Global Employment & Labor Law practice, based in the Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Palo Alto office. The role advises US-based multinational clients on domestic and international employment and labor law matters, including expansion into new jurisdictions, deployment and management of global workforces, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. The practice translates international legal requirements for in-house counsel and managers with global responsibilities and leads cross-border, multidisciplinary projects to provide commercially practical support for clients' global operations. The position focuses on advising multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactions. Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience.
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Bar in the state of employment.
- Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members.

Responsibilities
