OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly: Be the trusted advisor for HR leaders, CFOs, brokers, and client managers by building strong relationships and solving complex issues at the root cause. Drive smarter solutions by spotting trends, educating clients on self-service tools, and improving processes that enhance the employer and member experience. Own critical processes such as eligibility updates, HSA funding, payroll reconciliation, and troubleshooting integrations to keep operations seamless. Lead with impact by helping manage team workflows, coaching peers, and ensuring performance metrics and service standards are consistently met. Deepen your expertise in plan design, eligibility, claims, and product functionality while guiding clients toward best practices and optimized outcomes. Champion escalations by listening to customers, coordinating across departments, and delivering timely, consistent resolutions that build lasting trust.

Requirements

Minimum of one-year of customer service to employer contacts, senior management and business decision makers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience in CDHP space or in highly regulated markets such as financial services, investment management or healthcare preferred.
