Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in coordinating events, logistics, and communications.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel locally or regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Outreach and Expo Manager to build and maintain relationships with new and existing employers.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for employer engagement activities, including on-campus recruiting visits and events.
  • Organize off-campus employer site visits, including job shadow programs, student organization visits, and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Support employer-led mentorship programs by coordinating schedules, communications, applications, and logistics.
  • Assist in planning and executing large-scale career events, including career expos and fairs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employers, providing guidance and ensuring a positive engagement experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer outreach efforts and student career pathways.
