Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • 1+ years of experience working with employer groups is preferred.
  • 1+ years’ experience in health insurance or consumer directed products such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc. whether at an agency, TPA, health plan or financial intuition is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully onboard clients to the platform, configure plans, and manage renewals with a 98.5%+ success rate, ensuring accurate setup and documentation.
  • Enroll employees via EDI or manual processes and handle eligibility updates including new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide responsive service by analyzing and resolving client, plan, and customer escalations within a 3–5-day window, including card and claim issues.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend and implement improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain high data integrity by capturing and inputting employer and participant information accurately across systems.
  • Monitor trends, proactively address issues, and ensure clients are leveraging best practice solutions for optimal platform use.
