About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Multimedia Content Manager with an impact player mindset to join their team. This role is responsible for translating the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into compelling content that attracts specific talent personas and showcases the company culture. The manager will bridge strategy and execution, overseeing a diverse multimedia ecosystem, from high-production brand films to social media clips, ensuring brand voice authenticity and impact across all platforms. The role involves content orchestration, persona translation, video and audio production, digital intelligence, and AI integration.

  • Presentation Design: Expert-level ability to build narrative-driven decks that communicate vision and results. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
  • Tech Forward: Active experience with AI-assisted content tools and a deep understanding of how candidates search for information in an AI-driven world.
  • Social Media Aptitude: Direct experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, HubSpot) and readiness to provide cross-functional, hands-on coverage for channel distribution and community management.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the EVP into tailored content that resonates with specific technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Facilitate the creation of career site content, advertising creative, blogs, and interactive experiences for a cohesive candidate journey.
  • Identify emerging media trends, assess results with a data-driven lens, and recommend strategy shifts.
  • Act as the creative visionary for 'Hero' brand videos, providing vision, brand direction, and budget management while collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Produce and edit high-quality content such as event spotlights and UGC-style campaigns.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of talent and culture related audio and video podcast series, ensuring high standards for editing, narrative flow, and format innovation.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for the current landscape, understanding traditional SEO and Generative Experience Optimization (GEO).
  • Proactively integrate AI tools into the workflow to streamline production, enhance creative brainstorming, and scale reach.
  • Utilize advanced deck-building skills to socialize creative concepts and pitch new initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with careers social media to ensure content is optimized for distribution, providing cross-functional support for channel management during high-impact campaigns.
