About The Position

Knowledge Services is currently seeking an Employer Advocate for a 6-month contract (potential for extension or contract to hire) with the State of Indiana Public Retirement System INPRS. This position supports the services and plan administration efforts provided to customers of INPRS, which administers 9 different retirement funds for nearly 500,000 members and 1,200 employers.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process information submitted by the employer to ensure accuracy.
• Communication with customers via email with limited phone calls.
• Processing of annual ER submissions such as certified salaries, payroll calendars and updating of approved employer contacts.
• Other duties as assigned to support the Advocate Teams in meeting service levels and customer satisfaction goals.
