The James Madison University Libraries seeks applications for a full-time Employee Resources and Organizational Learning Specialist. This position will provide support to ensure smooth operations for personnel actions, coordinate the performance management process, oversee wage (part-time) and student employee processes, procedures, and related budget allocations, and support organizational learning within JMU Libraries. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Employee Resources & Organizational Learning within the Library Administrative Team, a group of dedicated professionals offering centralized support to the broader JMU Libraries organization. This position will also participate in cross-training for critical core responsibilities. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position with benefits. Normal work shifts for this position will align with regular university business hours.
