About The Position

The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations matters while also coordinating programs that enhance employee growth and development. This role serves as a key resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on workplace concerns, facilitating investigations and conflict resolution, and supporting talent development initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in managing employee relations issues.
Knowledge of employment laws, workplace investigations, and HR best practices.
Experience working with HRIS and/or learning systems.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, policies, and best practices.
Conduct or support workplace investigations involving complaints such as harassment, policy violations, or interpersonal conflicts.
Document investigations, findings, and recommendations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.
Partner with managers to address performance concerns and corrective action processes.
Create meaningful ways of tracking and organizing reported incidents.
Identify trends in employee relations matters and recommend proactive solutions to improve workplace culture and reduce risk of recurrence.
Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
Assist with internal communications related to HR programs and policies.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and development.
