The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting employee relations activities, serving as the primary point of contact for the Employee Relations/ Labor Relations team for leave absence (LOA) in partnership with the designated ESHR LOA team member. This role will have responsibilities for assisting the department with the adoption and day-to-day use of AI tools in HR processes. This role focuses on delivering consistent employee support, ensuring compliance with policies, and improving efficiency through responsible use of technology.
