Position Overview: Are you looking for a fast-paced, influential position handling a broad range of employee relations matters including coaching and counseling all levels of employees? We are searching for an experienced and talented Employee Relations Professional to join this highly collaborative Employee Relations Advisor Team. Our Impact: The Employee Relations Advisor Team is responsible for handling a broad range of employment law and employee relations matters, including the resolution of employment allegations and complaints to ensure fairness, consistency, legal compliance, and mitigate corporate risk.

Requirements

At least 2 to 4 years of experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles
Strong working knowledge of employee relations practices, employment law, and workplace investigation methodologies, with the ability to apply them to complex and ambiguous situations
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, sensitive cases and exercise sound judgment in assessing risk and recommending appropriate actions
Strong consulting, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and partner effectively with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information, manage competing priorities, and produce high-quality documentation

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of complex employee relations cases, conducting in-depth analyses to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making authority, leveraging policy and past practice, to assess risk, determine appropriate resolutions, and advise on sensitive or high-impact employee matters with limited oversight
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations issues including performance management, workplace conduct, and policy application
Develop clear, comprehensive employee relations case documentation and case summaries, ensuring accuracy, defensibility, and adherence to confidentiality and audit standards
Analyze case trends and emerging risks to inform proactive strategies, strengthen manager capability, and enhance the effectiveness of employee relations programs and practices
Track case volume, outcomes, and themes. Analyze trends to identify systemic workforce issues. Prepare reports and recommendations for HR and leadership, as needed.
Support operational functions such as manage case tracking systems and documentation repositories.
Coordinate ER intake processes and workflows.
Support audit readiness and records management.
