San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) envisions a future where health justice is achieved for all people living with or at risk for HIV. Our mission is to promote health, wellness, and social justice for communities most impacted by HIV through sexual health and substance use services, advocacy, and partnership. We need passionate advocates for social change that embody our five key values: Justice, Dignity, Courage, Leadership, and Excellence. What is the position? Crucial to our work at SFAF is fostering a supportive, inclusive, and culturally informed work place. The Employee Relations Partner performs a variety of duties to promote employee welfare by resolving interpersonal conflicts, supporting positive team culture, and promoting employee development and well-being. They interview employees and discuss personnel, employee relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity. This person also evaluates and resolves employee relations, work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action. An Employee Relations Partner explains and provides advice to managers and supervisors about policies, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
