As part of our Employee Relations CoE team for US and CAN, the Manager, Employee Relations and Investigations is a key team member with a passion for coaching and advising on employee relations issues, including investigations, cases and policy questions, and building innovative new programs to create and maintain a respectful employment experience for our associates and leaders. This Manager has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations and must possess strong analytical, organizational and written and oral communications skills, executive presence, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of legal, regulatory and ethical standards. The Manager is an effective interviewer, active listener, and a strong communicator, and also has demonstrated the ability to apply innovative-fact finding techniques.
