This role manages a team of Human Resource professionals, providing strategic guidance on complex employee matters, workplace investigations, and labour relations issues. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources, the Manager, Employee Relations supports leaders as a trusted partner, taking a proactive approach to handle employee concerns and reduce risks, while helping create a positive and inclusive workplace.
