An ER Area Rep (Manager) is responsible for being the representative of a particular area(s) of the apostolate to handle staff care and employee relations issues, ranging from offering recommendations, counsel, mitigating conflict, creative plans for developing staff, and more. The ER Area Rep also assists with and collaborates with suitability hiring reviews.
