The Generalist will provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to field teams, ensuring proper handling of employee relations issues and adherence to policies. A key part of the role involves conducting investigations, managing performance management processes in collaboration with the legal department, and administering corrective actions. The position also requires gathering and analyzing employee relations data to identify trends, pinpoint training needs, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Additionally, the Generalist will conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and produce reports on various employee relations metrics. Confidentiality and appropriate escalation of issues are critical, as is supporting global HR initiatives and special projects.
