The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides consulting and direction on employee relations matters to managers, leaders, and employees within Apple’s Retail organization. Key objectives include ensuring legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies in a consistent, objective, and fair manner that fosters the Credo. This is achieved through a deep partnership with the Centers of Excellence (COE’s).

Requirements

• 7-12+ years HR experience in employee relations
• Deep expertise in conducting investigations and skilled at documentation related to investigations
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams across markets
• Ability to travel 20-30%
• Working English and French-Canadian language proficiency, as this role will support employees across all Canadian provinces
