About The Position

We’re partnering with a healthcare organization seeking an Employee Relations Assistant to support HR operations through high-volume employee support and inquiry resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and providing accurate, timely support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR support, call center, or customer service environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee inquiries professionally
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when documenting and sharing information
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to provide proof of flu vaccination

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Tier 1 point of contact for employees, responding to HR-related inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle employee relations-related questions, triage issues, document interactions, and follow up as needed
  • Manage a daily volume of approximately 20–30 calls, depending on seasonality
  • Review multiple systems and data sources to provide accurate and consistent information
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of employee interactions and case activity
  • Collaborate closely with a team to ensure timely and effective support
