About The Position

Employee Relations Assistant (Flex Part-Time) Job Type: Flexible Part-Time Pay Rate: $14/hr. Category: Human Resources Location: Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas. This is a Flexible Part-Time position paying $14.00 per hour, working up to 29 hours per week year-round. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into Human Resources with no prior experience required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience required; entry-level opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concerns
  • Assist in documenting employee relations matters and maintaining accurate records
  • Support investigations by gathering information and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
  • Provide general guidance to Team Members on policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Support administrative tasks related to Employee Relations functions
  • All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
