About The Position

The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, referral management, and other employee- related processes. This position combines cross-functional collaboration, and a people first mindset, with data analysis and employee management. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, you will support the overall employee experience by effectively managing administrative tasks, employee access management, as well as analyzing and presenting key sets of data.

Requirements

  • College diploma or degree in Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel; financial reporting software a bonus.
  • Telecommunications experience is an asset
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including data entry, reporting, administration or field/retail leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute basic IT troubleshooting workflows.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Generate new-hire emails and welcome letters.
  • Create new-hire profiles in requisite systems.
  • Deactivate official emails and remove active licenses.
  • Distribute exit surveys to resigned employees.
  • Deactivate portal access
  • Reset passwords for store emails and manager/assistant manager emails.
  • Assist with transfers, terminations, temporary help, title changes.
  • Provide and remove access as per transition requests.
  • Manage password reset requests received.
  • Update referral files and process monthly pay-outs.
  • Update, maintain and share reporting around key areas as required.
  • Update and maintain required trackers and lists in relevant domains (contact lists, Employee IDs, Employee reporting, Attrition reporting, etc….).
  • Prepare, Analyze and present data to key stakeholders.
