About The Position

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, assist the operations in the understanding of policy and procedure and labor contact as it relates to individual situations, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and/or Director. Must be able to maintain a strict, high level of confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential materials and information
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines
  • Ability to work in loud, crowded environment
  • Flexibility in schedule

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year Human Resources experience preferred
  • Some college preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all compliance, inspection and proposed resolution for all Team Member conflict or situations needing mediation
  • Ability to understand and apply regulatory requirements in relation to a positive, well ran working environment
  • Ability to maintain records in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Able to maintain objectivity during any investigation through the decision-making process
  • Clearly present the company position during various union interactions, negotiations, and meetings
  • Present company expectations, standards, policies and procedures objectively
  • Other duties as assigned
