Mercer's Health & Benefits Consulting team is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Consultant (Senior Associate) for our Toronto office, hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote. The Employee Benefits Consultant will participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of any size and varied industries and have a direct impact on their employees. They will work in a collaborative environment on a wide variety of client teams with any number of our 80+ Health colleagues in Toronto. The role involves supporting clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication, and managing the scope, quality, timeliness, and budget of multiple client deliverables. This includes delegating to and reviewing project work of more junior colleagues, which encompasses technical review of financial, contract, and administrative analysis, and providing direction to analysts and other team members in the preparation and delivery of clear and concise client presentations.
