Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (General Workday knowledge is an asset)
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Relentless People-Centric mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze data to provide insights and trends
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational skills and abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
  • Some previous Human Resources work experience is a plus, however junior/entry level candidates will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Oversee & execute New Hire orientation including scheduling presenters, communicating with multiple stakeholders, to provide a positive employee experience
  • Working closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule & coordinate onboardings
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers, New Hires and HR/People Managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires
  • Conducting and analyze exit interviews/data
  • Work on various projects to improve our onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide feedback and identify opportunities for efficiencies of routine processes
