Balfour Beatty is seeking a communications specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid position that requires working three days per week in the office and two days per week at home. The communications specialist position develops and distributes content geared at keeping our employees informed, engaged and inspired through a holistic employee communications approach. Using a variety of channels, the communications specialist creates content that captures engagement and targets information to employee audiences. The primary focus for this position is employee communications, with opportunities to support efforts across other communications disciplines (social media, campaigns and national marketing) to increase content leverage, message visibility and content pipeline.
