The Employee Benefits Sales Executive will build and grow a profitable Employee Benefits book of business through consultative, relationship-based selling. This role involves developing trusted advisor relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers. The executive will prospect strategically through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted outreach, delivering customized benefit strategies across various lines including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products. Key responsibilities include leading client conversations around plan design, cost containment, compliance, and employee engagement, as well as collaborating with internal service, analytics, and consulting teams to ensure a high-touch client experience. The role requires representing R&R in the marketplace as a knowledgeable and credible Employee Benefits expert.
