The Employee Benefits Proposal Specialist will manage the RFP (proposal) process for new business as well as existing/growing business through a blend of relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills. This role requires the ability to build and maintain meaningful, effective relationships while collaborating with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers) to provide the best possible outcome for all parties involved. The Specialist will demonstrate core company values and brand in all interactions, including professional negotiation, responsive communication, daily check-ins, and scheduled meetings.
